Personal Development pt2
When we discuss Personal Development several things come to mind. For some this can suggest numerous various things. For instances some:.
o To get a much better task.
o Make enhancements in a relationship.
o Learn how to set and keep goals.
o Learn ways to handle their time and be reliable.
o Change their physical look.
o Create a better monetary platform.
Regardless of the reason most of us are looking for methods to enhance our lives and be healthier. Many of us require to change the way we see ourselves. Some of us just need a little boost of self-confidence.

An excellent self image is a constant and steady trip. Everyone have quality individual properties. We are just unsure of exactly what they are so they need to be found. A few of them us are unaware of ways to utilise them. There are many ways to attain the discovery of those qualities.

Goals Personal Development
I am sure by now you have read that in most cases people who are considered successful have always set personal development goals to get there. The success rate of people who do not set goals is actually quite dismal and you would think based on the stats everyone would be running out to learn how to set goals.
This isn't the case though and to this day the stats haven't changed much at all. { With all the evidence pointing to goals being the doorway to your dreams I wonder why it hasn't caught on yet. | With all the evidence pointing to goals being the doorway to your dreams I wonder why it hasn't caught on. } I see the main reason being that goal setting is not unlike anything else that you haven't experienced before.

Step 1: Core Values
In order to determine what your core values are I need you to answer this question:.
What is truly important to you in life?
{ There are so many possible answers that a good idea is to search core value examples on the internet to give yourself a multitude of options to help articulate what you are feeling. It is usually best to keep it to one to two words like success, love, health, security, intimacy, etc
. The list can be as long as you like but in general you will want to narrow it down to the top 10. This allows you to really focus your time and energy on those specific values that mean the most to you. { Once you have your list prioritize it in descending order. Step 2: Personal Development Goals.
Now is the time you get to dream about what you want to create in life and who you want to be. This is where you get to practice limitless thinking and write goals that excite and scare you.
To make this exercise effective you will need to let go of what you believe people want you to be and only write down what you really want to be. { If that looks nothing like the life you are living now do not be afraid to write that. |, if that looks nothing like the life you are living now do not be afraid to write that.. } If you are a high level executive in New York and all you want to do is paint in Paris then write that you want to be in Paris living an artist's life.
{ This is a time when being completely selfish is perfectly fine. | When being completely selfish is perfectly fine, this is a time. } Think big and dream even bigger.
Step 3: Doc Says you're Dying.
In the previous exercise you got to list everything you really want to do in life but most people tend to push those goals too far into the future. { Then what happens is you never really commit to taking on those goals. | What happens is you never really commit to taking on those goals. }

Now write down everything you would want to accomplish before that year is up. These do not have to be world changing goals like solve world hunger, just the goals that would allow you to leave this world with zero regrets.

This also allows you to prioritize your goals and discover what is truly important to you.

Now is the time to take all of the goals you have written and turn them into 1, 5 and 10 year goals. Be as specific as possible when writing them out and write them in the present tense, with a deadline and include the steps you will need to take to achieve them.

Personal Development
We all have a dream that we want to experience but it can remain hidden without asking ourselves some self-reflection questions. If you are staring at your computer screen thinking to yourself "I don't have a dream or what questions" do not worry. We will go over some great questions in order to help you with your personal development goals.
1. What one personal development goal if achieved tomorrow would give you the greatest feeling of success?
By discovering which goal is most important to us we can better focus our energy and time on what means the most to us. If you do not find the answer to this question your life goals will not align with your true purpose.
2. Are these your goals or someone else's?
Are you living into what you believe is a predetermined future for yourself? If your siblings, parents and grandparents are all lawyers do you feel obligated to be the same even though you dislike the profession?
You are not anyone but who you are and you need to determine your goals based on that fact in order to live your dream life. A life lived through others expectations, is a life that is filled with regret and what could have been.
You do not have to feel selfish for pursuing your own dreams and not the dreams others have for you. You have the right to listen to your heart and follow what you believe is your destiny.
3. Are you passionate about your vision of life?
If you are not waking up excited to live the day then chances are you do not have personal development goals that you are passionate about. Because they love being awake, people who are passionate about their lives do not want to go to bed at night. They live such fulfilling lives that they can not wait to wake up and do it again.
If you just can't wait until its bedtime so you can finally end the day you need to identify what you are passionate about. What could you wake up to tomorrow that would make you throw off the covers and practically run out the door? Your real goals will give you energy you never knew existed.
4. Do you understand what success feels like?
Success has a million different definitions and every one of those only applies to the person who is saying it. Success is a feeling we get inside and not our materialistic belongings.
Take time to reflect on what you consider to be past successes. Do not think of the achievement you got in terms of tangible rewards but try to express how you felt in that situation. Was it exhilarating and mind-blowing or were you just slightly happy.
Real goals make you feel like you are on top of the world. Internet marketers always say that their first $100 online is more memorable than their next $100,000. Because that $100 made them feel true success inside, the reason is. They actually did what they set out to do and it matched what they wanted it to feel like.
Spend the time needed to determine your definition of success. What will life look like, who will you be and what will it take to get there. Most importantly what do you expect to feel when you arrive at your dream destination?
5. What are the daily habits you can create to achieve your goals?
Successful people have successful habits. They didn't just stumble upon those habits but through taking one step each day towards their personal development goals they developed them. By setting up daily routines that push you towards your goals you can create habits.
Most habits are always on autopilot which puts your success on autopilot. , if you were in the habit of exercising 30 minutes every day in some form or another I am guessing you would be in fairly good shape.. At first you may have to force yourself to go but before long you would wake up and consider doing nothing but go exercise.
This applies to every goal you have. Set up a plan on how to take small daily steps, they turn into habits and before you know it your goal is accomplished.
6. Are you telling yourself: "I can't achieve these goals?
Most people don't believe they can actually achieve the goals they set. They do a good job of writing their goals and planning the steps they need to take but the whole time they tell themselves inside that it won't happen. So it doesn't.
If your belief system is telling you to forget it this isn't going to happen you will need to discover where those beliefs come from. Maybe you don't believe following your passion will pay the bills or that you can't be rich because your parents are poor.
You can, you will and you deserve to be.

You thought fear of failure was bad. Can you imagine the fact that some people are more afraid of being successful then failing? When they achieve success they only see one way to go and that is down, if they never get to be successful they can blame their failures but.
Instead of going after their goals fully they essentially self-sabotage themselves by creating situations where they get fired, make people mad at them or anything that would give them an excuse as to why success wasn't possible. They are like "Whew, I almost became more than I already am, dodged that bullet.".
Look at success as something you achieve and then do again, over and over. There is no going backwards just in a different direction.

I understand change is scary but I find it even scarier to think that all I am right now is all I ever will be. You deserve to live the life of your dreams so go out there and crush those personal development goals.

There are a million reasons you may be motivated to work from home. Being comfortable, working on your own schedule, and financial freedom are a few examples. Before you go on looking for what everyone has to offer, you should consider creating your own income.
Starting a business can be a challenge, but it is achievable. Also, you do not need employees, you can run everything yourself and outsource whatever you can't do. Outsourcing will be the key to running your own business.

Add to that, my salary steadily increases as the work I put into increases. On the track I'm on, eventually I will just manage what I have going and make a normal salary. For me, this means financial freedom, as well as a very high paying job.
The initial investment is very low. When I began building my genuine work from home dream job, I was working paycheck to paycheck. You will be looking at around $20 a month for hosting (lower if you pay per year), around $200 for the tools you'll need (more information on my website), and whatever your budget is for outsourcing.

My budget rests around $100 a month, but I am also building my estate pretty fast. I purchased the tools necessary for a total of $200, but there are ways of getting them cheaper. I'm outsourcing so much because I enjoy taking month long vacations with my family. So instead of building backlinks myself, I just have someone else do them for $5 at a time. Overall, my business is a great success and I still have not changed my mindset from hobby to career, it just doesn't feel like work yet. Building that genuine work from home job instead of trying to find it is a goldmine of an idea.
Imagine never having to work again, but instead getting paid doing something fun. And I can't say it's for everyone. You'll never know until you find out! So get out there and begin building your future.
